A Prayer for Encouragement for Women
“Gracious Father, I come before You seeking strength and courage for the women who labor faithfully in this world. Clothe them, Lord, with honor and dignity, that they may walk with confidence knowing their worth in Your sight. Grant them wisdom to speak with kindness and gentleness, that their words may bring healing and hope to those around them. When weariness threatens to overtake them, remind them that their strength comes not from their own efforts, but through Christ who sustains all things. May they know in their hearts that through Him, all things are possible—no obstacle too great, no burden too heavy. Lord, teach them the power of waiting upon You. Renew their strength as they trust in Your faithfulness. Lift them up on eagles'' wings when they grow tired, that they might run without growing weary and walk without fainting. Help them to find joy not only in their labors, but in the promise of Your eternal provision. Gracious God, empower every woman to rise up in strength, speak in love, and trust in Your unfailing presence. Amen.”
